HUD: Sponsors and Exhibitors Announced for 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase

Showcase Returns to National Mall September 22–24 to Celebrate American Ingenuity

HUD today announced the sponsors and exhibitors for its sixth annual Innovative Housing Showcase, taking place on the National Mall from September 22–24. This year’s theme, “Made in America,” highlights American ingenuity and innovative approaches to expanding housing affordability and homeownership.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, HUD is bringing the public and private sectors together to advance bold, practical solutions for housing affordability,” said Secretary Turner. “This Showcase is a powerful reminder of what is possible when free enterprise, American grit, and strong public-private partnerships come together to make the American Dream of homeownership a reality. I am grateful to our incredible sponsors and exhibitors for bringing this experience to the National Mall and giving Americans an opportunity to experience firsthand the innovation emerging across our nation.”

The 2026 sponsors include International Code Council (ICC), Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Rocket, and Structural Building Components Association (SBCA).

“The Showcase highlights solutions that deliver the safe and affordable housing Americans need,” said John Belcik, Chief Executive Officer of the International Code Council (ICC). “The International Code Council is thrilled to support the Showcase again this year to demonstrate how building codes protect people, save money, drive innovation, and ultimately help families achieve the American Dream.”

“MHI is pleased to again partner with HUD for the 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase at a historic moment for manufactured housing,” said Dr. Lesli Gooch, Chief Executive Officer of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI). “As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the HUD Code, the manufactured homes on display will showcase the next generation of housing innovation and the transformative potential of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, legislation that will help unlock greater design flexibility and expand housing supply. We are grateful for HUD’s leadership and encouraged by Congress’ embrace of manufactured housing as an essential part of the nation’s housing supply strategy. Together, we are making homeownership attainable for more Americans and delivering high-quality housing options to communities across the country.”

“The National Association of Home Builders is proud to be a returning sponsor for the 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase,” said Bill Owens, Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). “This is an incredible opportunity to highlight the innovations happening in our industry. Our nation is facing a housing affordability crisis, and the technologies and products that are presented during this Showcase can be a part of the solution.”

“From Rocket Mortgage to Redfin, Rocket is committed to helping everyone home through innovation in homeownership,” said Hilary Halpern, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Rocket. “We are proud to support the Innovative Housing Showcase and especially encouraged by recent policy advances that recognize the important role manufactured housing can play in addressing affordability and supply.”

“SBCA is proud to again sponsor and exhibit at HUD’s Innovative Housing Showcase,” said Molly Butz, Managing Director of the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA). “We believe in the value of bringing the housing industry together in a setting where people can see solutions firsthand, exchange ideas, and better understand the many ways we can work together to address housing needs across the country. This year’s ‘Made in America’ theme makes that especially meaningful for our members, who manufacture structural building components, such as roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels, in communities nationwide and are part of the housing supply chain every day. The Showcase is a unique opportunity to connect that work with the broader conversation around innovation, affordability, and housing supply, and we’re pleased to continue supporting it.”

HUD’s “Made in America” Showcase will spotlight American builders, manufacturers, and innovators’ modern technologies and creative housing solutions that are expanding housing supply, lowering construction costs, and putting affordable homeownership back in reach for hardworking Americans. The showcase will feature a variety of full-scale housing models including manufactured, 3D printed, and modular homes built by American companies from across the nation.
