    Our standard customer support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., excluding the following holidays, when are office is closed:

    • New Year’s Day – January 1st
    • Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
    • Juneteenth – June 19th
    • Independence Day – July 4th
    • Labor Day – First Monday in September
    • Thanksgiving Holiday – Last Thursday and Friday of November
    • Christmas Holiday – December 24th through December 26th
    • New Year’s Eve – December 31st
